Over 3,000 customers in 60+ countries rely on BetterCloud for continuous event monitoring, quickly remediating threats, & fully automating policy enforcement. This role will sit in Atlanta, San Francisco, or New York City.

BetterClouds channel & technology partners are critical to our success, so we are looking for a Alliances Coordinator to support the growth of our partnerships. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the alliances team in order to grow BetterClouds global partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting internal teams to organize & drive forward initiatives, coordinate with partners for meetings/events, manage projects & programs that support our partners, & ensure there is internal/external communication about our success with partners. The Alliances Coordinator must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, & prioritize initiatives based on business needs & strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for partnerships, & enthusiasm for growing BetterClouds revenue through the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in the following roles:
      • partnerships / alliances management or programs
      • Business development
      • Operations
      • Analyst
  • Exceptional oral & written communication skills, with an ability to speak effectively to internal & external stakeholders & leaders
  • Must be able to prioritize & multi-task with special attention to detail & follow-up
  • Extremely strong organizational & analytical skills
  • Must be a self starter & able to influence others to achieve business aims
  • Strong problem solving & troubleshooting skills
  • Thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment & comfortable with ambiguity
  • Bachelors degree

Responsibilities

  • Update & manage shared prospect/customer lists with partners & internal teams
  • Manage partner deal registration processes & reporting
  • Update internal confluence pages with partner information (processes, contacts, etc)
  • Update Partner Portal with key assets/materials needed to enable partners
  • Manage Partner Contracts Inventory, & partner contracts processes
  • Manage Partner Tiers (against the partnership requirements) & tracking
  • Review Partner deals to ensure Salesforce CRM fields are correct to ensure accurate reporting
  • Enter critical meetings/engagements into Salesforce CRM
  • Schedule meetings with partners & internal teams
  • Support management of Alliances budget
  • Create & socialize partner wins across organization
  • Gather stats/highlights for internal communications about alliances (Sales Kickoff Meetings, Company meetings, Corporate Strategic Objectives updates, etc)
  • Gather material for monthly partner newsletter
  • Work with internal field marketing & partner marketing teams on coordination for partner sponsored events
