Vimeo is seeking a Senior Billing Analyst to join our Enterprise Finance Operations team & help us provide a world-class customer experience. This role will play an important part in the overall Order to Cash processes, including Order Management, Billing & Accounts Receivable.  You will interact directly & frequently with customers & Vimeo staff, & actively participate in our financial reporting & controls.

What you'll do: 

• Review & process fully executed contracts received via Salesforce into Zuora, distribute invoices to clients & follow up with clients regarding inquiries related to these invoices
• Run reports from source systems, perform client account reconciliations between finance systems to support monthly financial & operational controls
• Review non standard contracts & usage based deals for completeness & accuracy, ensuring a smooth billing experience for customers & accurate revenue reporting
• Promote the adoption & use of best practices of Zuora & other financial technology tools
• Assist Finance & Sales teams with general customer support, for example, completion of vendor registration forms, invoice submission to PO portals, remittance details etc.
• Monitor past due accounts, contact customers & resolve past due balances.  Support cash applications as needed. 
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve where possible & escalate appropriately

Required Skills & experience: 

• 4+ years of relevant experience with billing & accounts receivable processes 
• Advanced skills with Excel & reporting from core systems (eg. Salesforce, Zuora)
• Good verbal & written communication skills
• Awareness & a commitment to following process related to supporting client confidentiality & data protection
• Ability to work effectively & collaboratively in a team environment
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced & fun work environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience working with Zuora Billing & Salesforce
• Awareness of revenue recognition rules for ASC 606
• Experience with GL, Financial accounting
