This role will be responsible for products focused on Warehouse Management, Supply Chain & the Marketplace. This work leads the way for customer-first servicing & requires a leader capable of navigating complex initiatives & multiple stakeholders.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing the definition & execution of product focused on Warehouse Management, Supply Chain & the Marketplace (conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing, & implementation)
  • The role also includes focusing on the Product Catalog & Inventory Systems as well as on Brand Operations
  • Partnering across teams on MVP requirements & ongoing feature prioritization
  • Developing a platform & APIs to be integrated across enterprise-wide systems
  • Building & motivating teams as a people manager
  • Helping drive product objectives -- product success metrics, design thinking, customer feedback, market research, etc.
  • Leveraging analytics & metrics to develop strategy & drive product requirement definition
  • Partnering with product leaders & Business Owners to drive capability adoption & user migration
  • Developing relationships with peers & stakeholders across the Enterprise
  • Driving this channel to meet prioritized customer & business KPIs
  • Lead an agile execution process from conception, requirements gathering, design, development, & testing through to launch & beyond
  • Partner with a team of skilled engineers, designers & consumer insights to set the high-level vision & roadmap, including developing new feature ideas
  • Create & maintain product roadmaps, feature backlogs & product documentation such PRDs, user stories, use cases, user flows, logic flows, & functional specifications
  • Coordinate & run AB testing of new features, rapidly validating or disproving them, informed by user data, customer needs, business potential, & technical feasibility
  • Prioritize development activities with engineering teams, assist in determining the best technical implementation methods, work closely with QA on acceptance testing & lead product launches
  • Work closely with consumer insights resource to cultivate a deep understanding of the user - both pre-purchase & post-purchase
  • Leverage qualitative & quantitative insights & testing results in order to continually inform the product development process
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis of other sites, apps, & products to continually identify ways to improve our user experience
  • Participate in product performance benchmarking activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Requires 10+ years of related experience in Supply Chain, Operations and/ or Marketplace
  • In-depth knowledge & experience in change management within a complex, highly matrixed organization.
  • Ability to integrate business knowledge & analytical insight to develop sound options & sell recommendations
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, collaboration, communication (written, verbal, & technical), presentation, negotiation, influence & problem-solving skills
  • A proven track record in delivering products that deliver substantial value

  • Ability to work autonomously in a complex environment that may include multiple simultaneous projects

  • A proven track record in delivering products that deliver substantial value

  • Experience leading major technology project deployments

  • Experience developing & managing web sites/online applications

  • A strong track record of envisioning & bringing innovative digital products to market from within either (or both) a consumer-driven online company or an agency environment
  • Proven emphasis on user-driven product design & data-driven product refinement.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical problem solving & decision making skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize & communicate complex or technical concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, strong experience with Google Analytics and/or other behavioral analytics tools.
  • Experience working in scrum/agile management methodologies preferred
  • Experience with user research, AB testing, & other techniques to validate & inspire ideas.
  • Collaborative & a passion for digital products - not just the way they work but how they feel to the end user.
