What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Provide innovative insights into ways to improve processes & programs on an organizational scale & streamline user experience
  • Ensuring project success, including evaluating technical/functional requirements for completeness as well as influencing the future People Technology roadmap
  • Exploring common assumptions, rethinking existing configurations, & seeing every challenge as an opportunity for system improvements
  • Driving employee-centric & service minded solutions when evaluating & delivering key processes
  • Deliver on our Data as a Service strategy; establish personas & refine approach to gaining & providing strategic insights to people operations teams & business partners. Define business metrics & lead design of information sharing
  • Facilitate use of data & analysis in People decisions
  • Develop on-going partnerships with our IT, Payroll & Accounting teams as well as outside consultants & vendors to ensure HR transactions, reporting & data meet the highest standards
  • Partner with technical counterparts on identifying suggested/required integrations that support automation of data flows
  • Execute testing to meet business requirements create test plans, perform functional system testing, & obtain user acceptance testing sign-off from business leads
  • Facilitate training & create light-weight adoption guides for the business teams
  • Ensure consistent process documentation across the People Operations organization
