This role is to join the UK B2B team, responsible for approaching potential new clients, opening communication channels & evaluating opportunities for Gympass to become a partner. The position is tasked with setting up new business meetings, working closely with more senior members of the team on strategy to develop a portfolio, taking companies through the sales process to contract completion. This is an entry level position within the business which offers a variety of career paths & development opportunities.


Reporting to the Business Development Team Lead, you will:

  • Conduct industry analysis to identify target sectors & companies from SMEs to FTSE 100
  • Contact potential client through several channels including cold calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn & industry events
  • Develop & execute the contact strategy for prospective companies, through email, phone & social media
  • Engage with potential clients to explain the Gympass concept, & understand how it might align to their business objectives
  • Generate meetings with clients
  • Map the decision-making process of each company to optimise conversions at each stage
  • Continually seek for opportunities to network with clients at external/industry forums


  • 2:1 or above Bachelors Degree or higher
  • Proactive approach & ability to work independently
  • You will be a strong communicator, with an ability to problem solve & react to challenges with a head on approach

  • You are a driven & target motivated individual, who enjoys reaching out to new businesses, building report & monetising relationships.
