SeatGeek Enterprise, a division of SeatGeek, develops, maintains, implements & supports a suite of tech products including SRO our latest ticketing software. We come from different places & have different stories to tell but share a passion for building outstanding ticketing technology to support live entertainment Sports, Music, Theatre, Comedy & the Performing Arts.

Reporting to our EVP of Global Business, you will build & manage an Inside Sales team to promote the adoption of SeatGeeks ticketing SaaS solution across mid-sized US Sports & Entertainment venues.

What Youll Do:

  • Build, develop & manage a SaaS Inside Sales team
  • Work with the SGE leadership team to define & drive SGE sales strategy
  • Partner with Sales Operations to develop & optimize best-in-class operational procedures to acquire mid-sized Sports & Entertainment US clients
  • Mentor, coach & motivate sales reps to deliver revenue targets with a high degree of ethics & focus to client satisfaction
  • Partner with Marketing & Product teams to refine the value proposition & offering to mid-sized prospects
  • Build active pipeline & improve win rate through coaching & management of Inside Sales Team
  • Refine value proposition by target segment & optimize sales collateral/messaging
  • Direct ownership of Inside Sales portfolio & targets; reporting on progress & key industry developments to SGE Leadership
  • Drive lead generation strategy & incremental improvements alongside Marketing
  • Develop workflows to ensure clean transition to SGE Implementations & Support teams post-sale

Who You Are

  • You have 5+ years of direct or Inside Sales experience, with 3+ being in a management role
  • You excel at taking ownership to lead & drive a team forward with agility where there is ambiguity of process
  • You are a high-quality communicator, in particular able to explain the value proposition of a powerful SaaS Enterprise product
  • You have experience managing Inside Sales teams within the SaaS Enterprise space
  • You are excellent at navigating prospect politics
  • You are comfortable holding everyone around you accountable - prospects & SeatGeek alike
  • You are solution oriented - & able to build an atmosphere in which you can spark creative thinking to navigate challenges
