In your role as Field Manager, you will report to the Regional Construction Manager & assist with the management of the day-to-day RTM operations. You'll be supervising contractors & collaborating with internal teams, always looking for ways to improve processes. You will focus on delivering projects under budget & on schedule that meet QA/QC specifications, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
