Bolt is looking for a Program Manager within the Customer Experience team to drive fast, efficient, & successful adoption of features & products, & play a critical role in Go-To-Market launch planning. Working in partnership with customer success, implementation teams, sales teams, product & engineering teams you'll own the management of product & feature adoption in addition to GTM feature launches of varying complexity: owning schedules & timelines, projects & programs, stakeholder alignment, & expectation setting across internal & external teams.
Ideal candidates have the ability to understand technical complexity, a keen sense for managing people, & a great ability to get stuff done. Deep curiosity & the ability to go above & beyond to tackle big problems are key!
