This role is responsible for driving campaign strategy, planning, execution, roll-out & reporting based on consumer insights & growth objectives. It will focus on key business units such as experiences & reviews while supporting the development of new products & features. The role is a mix of strategy, media planning, creative, product management, & analytics.

Own subset of Tripadvisors marketing strategies from idea to execution, anchoring all plans in consumer insights & measuring success based on product bookings & subscriptions.

Plan the owned & paid channel mixes & work with channel owners to create launch & optimization plans. This role will plan most heavily around email, push, site/product, paid social, & paid display, with testing budgets available for new channel support.

Leverage a deeply rooted understanding of our consumers & their journeys to execute & own segmentation & personalization strategies

Write creative briefs & collaborate with internal creative teams to bring engaging & relevant communications to life.

Own a subset of growth KPIs & work with analytics teams to uncover multi-channel learnings.

Live & breathe the Tripadvisor conversion funnel, maintaining a deep understanding of the consumer journey & actively working to move people from awareness to conversion.

Create learning agendas & set up short & long term tests. Actively evaluate & report out meaningful results to key stakeholders to drive efficiencies & optimizations.

Research & analyze key business trends, competitors, consumer behavior, & industry trends to inform strategies & decisions.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this person will be a part of the larger consumer marketing team. Our team values are communication, collaboration, quality, user focus, creativity, & fun! This is a highly collaborative position that will also work regularly with other teams such as Insights, Creative, Channel Owners, Brand, Analytics, & Product.

5+ years experience working in marketing strategy, preferably at a commerce, DTC, or product driven company

You have a strategic mindset & are well-versed in the customer lifecycle, customer segments, & strategic planning

You are both innovative & creative, comfortable with experimentation & working with a varied channel mix to test & learn.

Youve worked closely with senior leadership to develop customer strategy & execute on key priorities.

Data-driven with a proven track record of tracking key growth metrics & turning them into actionable strategies.

You have developed & executed compelling programs that come to life both through marketing communications, product developments, & omni-channel campaigns.

You are comfortable rolling up your sleeves to execute things yourself - no task is too big or too small.

You have experience working with culturally-relevant brands.
