SUMMARY:
We're looking for a smart communicator with some background in operations and/or project management to join our Operations Team to take this business to the next level. RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Working with the Associate Director of Operations & the Enterprise Project Manager, oversee the day-to-day operations of the Resource Allocation Team including but not limited to:
o Ensuring process efficiency & efficacy - Are we working effectively with the New Business Ops team to quickly allocate & manage resources? Is leadership being regularly informed on resource management for their team? Is there a need to reassess certain aspects of the how we do things approach?
o Work closely with the New Business Operations team to obtain new project budgets, scopes, & assignments necessary to input & manage resource allocations & scheduling
o Reviewing budget documents, CRM tool, & enterprise resource management tool for consistency & accuracy
o Keeping all parties & stakeholders informed & connected on resource management by team to help inform bandwidth & hiring decisions
o Input resource allocation & scheduling by project & run reports as neededo Regularly communicate with team leads on resource management & bandwidth for
their teams
 Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years of relevant work experience; at least 4 years of total career experience
Prior experience working with a Digital Marketing/Advertising, Social Media, YoutubeManagement, and/or entertainment technology company
Experience with Project Management Tool(s) such as Mavenlink, Wrike, Workfront, AsanaBasic understanding of finance & business P&L's
Must be available to work in Los Angeles, at our Playa Vista HQ office
Ability to own projects as a self-starterAbility to receive & run with specific direction & take initiative to provide creative alternatives when met with a challenge
Ability to quickly switch gears between various competing priorities & assess own timemanagementProven strong written & verbal communication skills
Ultimate team player - humble, respectful, always willing to contribute for the greater good of the team

BONUS POINTS:
P&L management experience, or equivalent Salesforce as a CRM experience
