JUUL Labs is searching for a Senior Distribution Specialist in our Toronto, Canada office, responsible for data resources,partnerships, & reporting to join our Sales Operations Team.

You will work closely with the Sales team to communicate & train on process changes andprocess improvements, while also coordinating with internal resources to close out vendorescalations & keep things running smoothly. This role will work with both internal & externalpartners to drive data quality & timely submission of data, while providing reporting to identifydata discrepancies, drive resolution & consistently communicate updates. Work output will be featured at the highest levels of the company with real opportunity to influence business direction.

Being successful in this role requires a baseline understanding of sales distribution models, comfortability with Salesforce & experience in project management. Additionally, success in this role means the ability to perform data analysis using multiple data sources, drive process improvements.

Specific responsibilities for the team include:

  • Creating executive & board-facing presentations
  • Building out dashboards/trackers & responding to ad-hoc queries
  • Serving as input for demand planning, pricing evaluations, customer pitches, I & JUULs future-state data RTM
  • Understanding the universe of available data & prioritizing opportunities
  • Managing data with new & existing vendors (i.e. adding new SKUs, addressing data/hierarchy issues, agreements, POS etc.)
  • Continuously drive process improvement, create necessary documentation
  • Ad hoc project management, reporting, & analysis.
  • Assist with ongoing data architecture processes & governance.
  • Drive data quality with input from internal teams by performing regular data audits.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure data is provided on schedule & in the correct format.


Education: Quantitative undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution preferred; MBAoptional

  • 5+ years experience at a data analytics company, a CPG company, or a technology
  • the company specifically working with data portals, ideally in a customer-facing role
  • (internal or external); also open to former implementation consultants who have people
  • management experience
  • Superior analytical & problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while
  • delivering against tight deadlines
  • Relentless sense of prioritization
  • Capacity to clearly communicate compelling data-driven messages & stories succinctly
  • Ability to work both collaboratively & independently
  • High level of proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint
  • Comfortability reading & building sales reports
  • Ability to work both collaboratively & independently
  • Written communication skills & attention to detail
  • High level of proficiency in Google docs & Excel
  • Experience in project management
