You are a seasoned digital engagement thought leader with the skills, presence, & network to design & deliver transformational narratives and plans to achieve them with your senior peers at the very top of enterprise companies, backed up by a clear track record of successfully-delivered transformation projects. You thrive in environments where youre challenged to create true give-to-get programscreatively driving revenue impact while delivering real value to a customer. You have probably designed & built many types of high-touch executive engagements & content, including workshops, speaker series, advocacy groups, advisory boards, & thought leadership content that inspire CXOs to innovate. You are passionate about building strategic partnerships that are greater than the sum of their parts.

You are also a commensurate team player & natural alliance builder. This role touches almost every other marketing & sales program in some way, & as such, this leader should be comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with many stakeholders. You are performance- & metrics-driven, but believe deeply in storytelling & the power of winning hearts & minds. You are equal parts strategist, consultant, & program manageryou can define a point of view, paint a vision, determine the direction, & execute on programs & tactics with excellence.

What:

This is a senior-level hands-on position focused on developing, curating, & generating provocative content & programs for executive audiences who are at different phases of their Customer Engagement journey. The ideal candidate will have a track record of leading brand-building executive programs, designing & moderating events, & crafting communication strategies. They will be comfortable advising executive leaders on their transformation journeys, facilitating conversations with credibility & insight, & tailoring interactions for the right audience at the right time.

In this role you will be responsible for building engagement programs that are targeted at CXOs from enterprise companies, with the goal to gain mindshare, build deeper relationships with these key influencers & decision makers, & accelerate strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for designing content & experiences that attract executive-level audiences, encouraging interactive peer-to-peer learning & networking, & elevating Twilios position as a transformation partner. Content will be geared toward storytelling through customer success & business outcomes of whats possible with Twilio at every phase of the customer journey.

You will also work closely with other members of the Twilio Marketing Leadership Team, including Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, Demand Generation, Corporate Communications, & Field Marketing to leverage content developed & scale the impact of the CXO program through more mature channels.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Development of strategies, tools, & programs to enable sales & key account engagement to attract executive-level audiences & encourage interactive peer-to-peer learning & networking
  • Design, produce, & maintain an ongoing content program of executive thought leadership, research, & insights that inspire innovation & drive transformation
  • Develop high-touch, personalized engagements in partnership with other Twilio marketing teams to create community, tell stories, & win the hearts & minds of executives
  • Manage & grow global customer advocacy program
  • Mentor & develop team members
  • Plan & execute Strategic Advisory Board programs to funnel insights from key opinion leaders back into Twilio leadership
  • Develop & maintain & executive sponsorship program to create deeper relationships within our top accounts, assisting the field in become trusted advisors to customers
  • Establish & nurture cross-functional relationships with internal stakeholders & partners
  • Work closely with Global Marketing & Sales stakeholders to implement integrated marketing initiatives & programs that create executive demand across Twilio portfolio
  • Manage Enterprise Council workstream - a monthly meeting between marketing, enablement, & product leads to gain cross-functional alignment & visibility on enterprise initiatives, receive feedback, & take actions.

Where?

This position can be remote, located anywhere in the U.S. The Solutions Marketing team is currently 75% remote. This role will come with some travel expectations to attend training & help build rapport with co-located teams, attend key company events like sales kickoff & our annual SIGNAL conference, & go on-site with customers (approximately 25 percent).
