As the Product Marketing Manager at Trilogy Education, your breath will be wide & your impact will be deep. Youll work across key sections of the product portfolio & several different teams -- marketing, admissions, product, & partnerships. Youll become a go-to team member to people in each of those teams, helping them to maximize their impact, & always make sure were focused on the value we create for learners & partners.

Your work will help Product Management build a prioritized roadmap for platform development, define the learner value proposition that Academics will build entire course offerings around, & be the difference maker in helping students decide to accelerate their career with a Trilogy offering. Youll produce quantitative & qualitative analysis on labor market dynamics in potential new verticals, build content marketing that helps Marketing & Admissions get the right students into the right courses, & youll lead the deployment of in-market tests to help define the most important value proposition of products in the portfolio.

This job will require both soft & hard skills, force you to learn quickly about a variety of different fields, & challenge your ability to distill & communicate complex ideas & topics. Youre a high-energy, optimistic leader who loves to find the truth inside of unstructured problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition of value proposition of products across the portfolio, ensuring alignment to strategy, goals, & fidelity of scope & purpose across products
  • Define & then manage the deployment of in-market tests to test hypotheses about demand & value propositions for new product development
  • Lead across functions to develop learner personas that will inform sales, marketing, product, & more
  • Work with Marketing & Admissions to build content & marketing experiences that define the value proposition & market position of our offerings
  • Work with Product Management leadership to prioritize platform development, instructional models, & service goals, aligned to product value propositions
  • Own the research & mapping of existing & new verticals, understanding certification, accredited, & alternative post-secondary education landscapes & trends in existing & new segments
  • Own the research & mapping of specific career tracks & roles, labor market dynamics, & geographic conditions
  • Work closely with Academics to develop product concept notes that define value proposition, key hypotheses, & development approach
