Your Role

As the Executive Creative Director, you will be the driving force behind our creative endeavors, overseeing the creative department & serving as the main creative partner. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our Creative Director & the creative team while maintaining a strong client-centric focus. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping our creative output, driving business growth, & nurturing client relationships.

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the agency & the key client, fostering exceptional client satisfaction & long-term partnerships.
  • Build & maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted creative advisor.
  • Provide visionary creative leadership, setting high standards for innovative & effective advertising solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to inspire & guide the creative team, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Engage with the company's board members, presenting creative strategies & ideas aligned with business objectives.
  • Play a pivotal role in pitching & winning new accounts, leveraging creative expertise to attract potential clients.
  • Manage the allocation of creative resources & budgets for various projects, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  • Collaborate closely with the agency's leadership team to ensure seamless coordination between creative efforts & business strategies.

Your Experience

  • Extensive experience in the advertising industry, demonstrating a deep understanding of both traditional & digital advertising.
  • Proven track record in client management, with exceptional communication, negotiation, & relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership & team management capabilities, with experience in guiding creative teams to excellence.
  • Creative expertise, with a portfolio showcasing innovative & effective advertising campaigns.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align creative efforts with business goals.
  • Comfortable engaging with board members & presenting creative strategies.
  • Experience in new business development & a knack for attracting potential clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends & emerging technologies.
  • Full professional proficiency in German & English is a must
  • CRM knowledge is a plus, particularly in understanding client needs & personalization in advertising.
