About the Team & Role
BlockFi is seeking a Head of Trust Products to manage day-to-day activity for BlockFis trust products, starting with the BlockFi Bitcoin Trust. The role presents a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for the right candidate who is interested in maintaining a 50-50 balance between sales & day-to-day operations across a complex of trust products with 100+ investors. Individual should be comfortable building a brand for herself & the trust, managing investor relationships, while at the same time overseeing a subscription & registration process that runs smoothly & provides best-in-class investor client service.
Responsibilities
- Establish presence & brand for trust products with 100+ investors
- Maintain regular touchpoints with investors on a weekly/bi-weekly basis
- Build & maintain operational process for trust investments, registrations, & other operational needs
- Work with service providers such as the transfer agent & index provider to achieve excellence in client service & operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing, selling, & operating a financial product to institutional clients in financial services industry
- 5+ years providing client service in financial services industry
- 5+ years experience working with financial services service providers (administrators, custodians, auditors, transfer agents, etc.)
- Deep project management experience
