This role is responsible for leading & managing the inventory team of stock controllers and inventory coordinators to ensure uninterrupted production . Responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating inventory activities, optimising inventory processes, & ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Managing a large team of Colleagues on the shift on Rota to ensure that the shift KPIs and daily task are completed & met.
• Support the Inventory Manager in overseeing & managing all aspects of inventory control, including daily audits & distribution of Ingredient , packaging /labels materials.
• Conduct regular physical inventory audits to reconcile discrepancies & maintain inventory accuracy. 
• Support with the goods in order to ensure minimal delays for production. 
• Coordinate, track, & provide analysis regarding waste /damaged & returned to supplier material & management of the quarantine area of chiller & production area

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in inventory management.
• Intermediate Excel Skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, procedures, and best practices.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
