THE POSITION

Were looking for a Sportsbook Cash at Counter (CAC) Manager to help manage the CAC operations at all applicable retail sportsbooks. This person will help create great a customer experience to sportsbook customers that deposit & withdraw funds from their online FanDuel account. Additionally, this person will work cross-functionally to help facilitate CAC launch plans to ensure smooth operations pre- & post-launch.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Lead the execution of all new CAC launched across our retail sportsbooks
  • Evaluate existing processes & continue to create operational efficiencies to enhance the customer experience
  • Provide monthly operational reports for the retail leadership team, highlighting enhancements & CAC escalations
  • Partner with the Marketing & Commercial teams to develop a best-in-class CAC strategy & assist in implementing on-the-ground initiatives 
  • Work with the Omnichannel Director to help execute all CAC commercial initiatives
  • Level-set all CAC locations to scale efficiently & maintain operational consistency
  • Familiarize & understand the policies, procedures, & regulatory framework within the retail organization
  • Develop expert knowledge of FanDuel's retail operations -  CAC locations, market access partners, & property management
  • Collaborate with CAC Key Stakeholders to develop & provide a uniform standard of customer excellence across our retail sportsbooks

THE STATS

What were looking for in our next teammate

  • BS in Finance or Business-related area preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience a commercial operational role preferred
  • Strategic Mind-set: takes a long-term view & anticipates future trends & implications
  • Must be able to obtain & maintain a gaming and/or racing license & satisfy all regulatory requirements
  • Experience managing projections across multiple teams
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to actively listen to what others have to say & restate information to ensure understanding
  • Experience in sports or online gaming highly desired
