As a Product Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will revolve around the management & development of the product operations associates & coordinators & their daily tasks. In addition, you will work cross-functionally with nearly every team at the company to improve our product & ensure a smooth operation. You will be a team leader at the company & a key member of the team. We are looking for someone with knowledge of our in-house systems, strong technical skills, knowledge of professional sports & extremely strong attention to detail. You must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities & commit to delivering the best fantasy product to our customers. Due to our rapid growth, there is plenty of room for advancement for the right individual in this role. 

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Manage the team of product operations associates & coordinators
  • Daily reviews of player pricing & contest creation
  • Work with CRM on retention initiatives, on-site promotions
  • Miscellaneous logistical tasks related to live events & prize distribution
  • Create & analyze payout structures of daily tournaments
  • Monitor the lobby for inventory & contest priority order
  • Report to management on contest activity & issues
  • Provide insight on potential new sports & new game formats
  • Manage Product Operations team schedule
  • Train new hires to ensure team excellence
  • Work cross-functionally with the Product & Marketing teams on new initiatives


What were looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 5+ years of operational experience working in the gaming, gambling, or a relevant industry with a focus in sports gaming products highly desirable
  • Willing to work off hours & weekends on a regular basis
  • Experience with mentoring a team preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of professional sports & the Daily Fantasy Sports industry
  • Eager to work cross functionally with departments outside of the product operations team
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Basic SQL skills preferred
  • Well-organized & excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written communication skills
