1-in-54 children are diagnosed with Autism in the US today, & there is a severe gap in both the quality & quantity of available treatment options. About the Role

We are searching for a talented & professional Sr. Associate to build, grow & maintain all clinical & business community outreach activities, including events. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with diagnosticians, pediatricians, therapists, businesses, individuals, & other relevant organizations.

You need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, & community-driven to take on this exciting role. This position requires someone equipped with a positive attitude & readiness to be a team player.


  • Drive client acquisition by building relationships with community stakeholders, including pediatricians, therapists, school systems, social workers, & birth to three programs.
  • Work closely with the field team to identify/support local opportunities, partnerships & relationships & to develop targeted outreach strategies in each of our markets.
  • Maintain a calendar of outreach activities, including community events, national events, workshops, appearances, & other communication opportunities.
  • Nurture new & old relationships with collaborative partners.
  • Identify & coordinate national & local events to build brand awareness, & grow community engagement & enrollment.  
  • Assist in the organization, staffing, & material/swag preparation of events & sponsorships.
  • This candidate will be regularly traveling throughout Massachusetts to meet with community partners & must also be willing to travel occasionally to other Springtide regions.


  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields.
  • Ability to travel within MA & to CT 60% of the time.  Majority of travel will be in MA.
  • A car & drivers license are required for the role, & a location in Massachusetts is strongly preferred.
  • Preferred experience of 3-5 years within clinical community outreach activities.
  • Outstanding written communication & presentation skills.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, & positive attitude.
  • Bilingual, English plus Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
