Why We Need You

PagerDuty is seeking an individual to join our Customer Success team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders across the organization to accelerate, scale & simplify both the customer experience as well as our internal Success team experience.  You help define & build scalable adoption & retention programs while providing the Success team with the insights, tools & resources necessary to support our customers.
