About The Role:
This is a contract (non-FTE) role. You are expected to be able to synthesize & map talent pools, translate role visualizations into talent pool hypothesis & use LinkedIn recruiter & other boolean search tools to locate high quality active & passive candidates, bringing back names for our sourcing team to reach out to.
What You'll Do:
Youll be tasked with generating names for a handful of open searches, which our recruiting team will reach out to & have conversations with. Searches will be at the VP level & above & also may include Director, Manager & IC level roles.
Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter
Minimum 5+ years of total professional experience as a sourcer
Minimum 1+ years of experience with the Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) & a Recruiting CRM tool (E.g. Gem) required
Batchelor's degree required
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Self-motivated & growth-oriented personality
Comfort with ambiguity & ability to operate independently
Ability to translate a role visualization into talent pool hypotheses & generate high quality names
Sense of urgency, proactive delivery of communication & follow up
