Your role in our mission

Were on a mission to build intuitive, personal help & anticipatory technology into one of the most important spaces in our lives: our home. As a startup at the intersection of four multi-billion dollar industries- real estate, technology, service & commerce - Hello Alfred is a new kind of company, thats trusted to serve consumers past their front door.

Your mission will be to grow & manage the SF market for Hello Alfred. You will be responsible for hiring rockstar Alfred Home Managers, managing ongoing relationships with partner teams, delivering business objectives, & developing an elite service experience. You will run all programmatic/administrative operations necessary for the successful functioning of Alfred & will be the heart of our 100% consistent service promise, our culture, & the morale of our most important asset: Our Alfreds.

How youll help us to be successful

  • Maintain accountability for the ongoing management & performance of all Market Operations
  • Establish, maintain & enhance all standard operating procedures around hiring, training, & daily/weekly procedures for all Alfreds
  • Hire & manage the team that provides the Alfred service, maintaining a healthy pipeline of candidates
  • Rapidly & reliably launch properties in the market & help with additional new markets with the direction of the Regional Director
  • Define, measure, & deliver against key business objectives (Activation, Spend, Retention) using reliable key performance indicators
  • Work closely with the Alfred team to ensure buildings have a high customer retention & target spend in the post-launch period

Who you are

  • Extensive experience in managing teams & working independently
  • Bachelor's degree & MBA or equivalent experience
  • Experience in creating a launch process & executing against that in a timely manner
  • A record of shipping high-quality work product for multiple audiences
  • Demonstrated passion for solving dynamic challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Adept at working with executive clients as well as peers to achieve not only your objectives but help them achieve theirs
  • Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once, while consistently meeting deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic & entrepreneurial environment
  • Able to establish credibility across the organization, members, & partners quickly
