Join Postmates as a Regional Sales Manager & help make us even more successful. In this position, you will play a key role in the rapid growth of Postmates platform by leading a team of Account Executives & driving quota achievements for medium to large sized restaurant groups.

  • Assist on impactful deals successful Regional Sales Managers play a supporting role in numerous ways, from prospecting new restaurant brands/concepts to sourcing the decision-maker & helping finalize the close via redline negotiation, POS facilitation, etc.
  • Scale insights create & enforce guidelines for how to efficiently manage a sales team, their book of business & sales strategy to increase your teams productivity
  • Youre adaptable with systems you are tech-savvy & can quickly learn & implement external/internal tools (Salesforce, Google Apps, Excel, etc)

What Youll Do

  • Integrate with the region our sales team has ownership over most of our revenue-based regional goals, & it is up to the Regional Sales Manager to ensure their team is staffed & Account Executives are performing to hit these goals.
  • Grow the team source, interview, & hire top sales personnel
