As the Principal Recruiter-Operations, youll partner with hiring managers to develop, drive, & manage sourcing/recruiting strategies for various positions.

  • Drive best in class practices in recruitment & operational standards, drive efficiencies & foster an environment that focuses on stakeholder management & delivery
  • Negotiate, coordinate & maintain working relationships with team related to online applicant tracking systems
  • Responsible for developing strategies for diverse candidate pipeline development
  • Remain abreast of any legal & compliance requirements affecting the staffing & recruitment function
  • Manage & personally handle requisitions & openings including but not limited to: Leadership/ Merchandising Operations/Logistics/Fulfillment/Authentication/Loss Prevention/Facilities 
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience & serve as a brand ambassador
  • Consistently deliver results in filling open requisitions with a keen eye for talent, qualifying & engaging candidates with strong technical skills & excellent company culture fit
  • Craft & execute creative sourcing strategies & recruiting campaigns leveraging the corporate applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Generate a high-volume pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Work closely with internal groups & the human resource business partners to understand business requirements & consult on talent solutions
  • Act as a business partner to members of the organization ensuring that hiring managers are leveraging best practices in recruiting structure & behavioral interviewing
  • Proactively manage & execute on recruiting metrics, weekly recruiting status reports & communications to key executives & hiring managers
  • Stay connected to the competitive landscape
  • Develop & update job descriptions & job specifications
  • Perform job & task analysis to document job requirements & objectives
  • Source & recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes & job applications
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience & aptitudes
  • Provide analytical & well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Other projects as assigned & flexibility to provide support on high volume roles

What You Bring To The Role

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ plus years of multi-discipline, full life cycle recruiting experience
  • Proven results-oriented track record, consistently meeting or exceeding established metrics & goals
  • Ability to scale & work in highly dynamic but supportive culture & is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Comfortable partnering with senior leadership & management teams on hiring initiatives
  • Great teammate with the ability to multi-task & pitch in with all human resource team members when they need help
  • Excellent written & verbal skills
