About the Role

TodayTix is looking for seasonal ticketing purchasers to support our New York Ticketing Operations team. The roles will report to Fulfillment & Operations Managers.

The Details

  • Important note: This job will require work on select holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day
  • The rate of pay is $15/hour
  • 10-25 hours of work/week depending upon the assigned shift
  • The role reports to the Jr. Fulfillment Manager

Available Shifts

  • Shift 1: Mon-Fri 9:30-2:30 (25 hrs/week, 5 days a week)
  • Shift 2: Mon-Fri 3:00-8:00 (25 hrs/week, 5 days a week)
  • Shift 3: Sat/Sun 9:30-8:30 (20 hrs/week, 2 weekend days)
  • Shift 4: Sat/Sun 9:30-2:30 (10 hrs/week, 2 weekend days)

What Youll Do

  • Purchase, confirm, & print tickets
  • Run reports to coordinate the organization & filing of tickets
  • Maintain & utilize organizational methods to sustain ticket volume
  • Complete nightly checks to ensure accuracy for next day ticket distribution
  • Complete daily checks to ensure accuracy for same-day ticket distribution
  • Distribute tickets to concierge agents & managing them while theyre at location

About You

  • Previous Box Office, Ticketing, or Theatre Administration experience a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Drive
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment
  • Highly organized & attentive to detail
  • Team player
