Position Overview
Autodesk Construction Solutions' Marketing Operations team is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist that will serve as our Outreach.io Administrator & support our efforts in lead routing & email automation. This role will act as a force multiplier through working closely with our business development team, facilitating their outreach through automation at scale. This role will be responsible for providing support for the global marketing & business development teams while utilizing marketing technology tools to implement & execute email automation best practices.

A successful applicant will be a solutions-oriented individual who finds both collaborating cross-functionally & thinking critically through workflow problems equally compelling. This candidate would benefit from joining an agile & innovative marketing operations team & would stay well informed on marketing strategy across the organization.

Responsibilities
Responsible for providing administrator support for our Outreach.io configuration while working to continually optimize our existing workflows
Collaborate with demand generation & business development teams to create & A/B test Outreach sequences & templates, improve automation efficiency, & operationalize strategy
Support lead routing functions through LeanData & optimizing handoff of leads from marketing to business development
Create & maintain documentation for our Outreach.io & lead routing processes, & communicate changes & best practices with team members
Work with marketing program managers & business development managers to identify, troubleshoot, & correct any lead flow issues between Outreach & Salesforce
Become an expert in all aspects of Marketing Analytics, the funnel & systems necessary to generate them (database metrics, engagement metrics)

Minimum Qualifications
2-4 years of experience working in a Marketing or Sales Operations/Email Marketing Automation role
Experience working as an Outreach.io administrator
Experience working within a marketing database, eg. opt out preferences, segmentation, & lead routing
Experience with a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce.com
Organized & data oriented with great attention to detail
A strong communicator that can relay complicated processes to multiple teams with varying degrees of technical understanding
Inquisitive & curious by nature. Eager to solve problems & experiment
Approaches projects with automation & scalability in mind

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LeanData or other lead routing solution
