About the Job:
The Compliance & Testing Coordinator drives the execution of daily activities pertaining to product inspections, fabric & garment test report dispositions, preventative maintenance support & cross functional communication to ensure supply chain partners meet product quality standards as outlined by RTR requirements.
What Youll Do:
- Perform processing & tracking of brand specific quality program operations for product testing
- Ensure products are tested in accordance to RTR compliance protocols & quality performance expectations
- Assist in partnering with third party laboratories to carry out testing within designated turnaround times
- Monitor testing results & escalate risk factors for review
- Support preventative maintenance management to ensure timely processing
- Coordinate internal testing procedures to align with RTR standards & manage physical & digital records of tested fabric & garment specimens
- Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Fashion Ops, Site Merchandising to address compliance & testing issues across all categories
About You
- You function effectively in an especially fast-paced start-up operating environment & managing time effectively to address high priority items
- You have intermediate knowledge of textile & garment construction & limitations, dye & print techniques, trim components, testing parameters & standards
- You have proficient computer skills (eg. spreadsheet software, powerpoint/slides) as well as the ability to operate warehouse software
- You have a positive, can-do attitude or & are comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
- You are proficient in collecting, organizing & analyzing data
- You enjoy working cross-functionally & influencing others to achieve best practices
- You have familiarity working in a warehouse environment
- You can operate with a sense of urgency & have high attention to detail
