About the role:
For this hybrid role, we are looking for a Customer Operations & Enablement Manager who will be responsible for two key areas:
1. Manage & enhance Tubular's customer & employee training programs to ensure customer success & field productivity.
2. Partner directly with the Customer Success team to develop programs, playbooks, & analytics that drive proactive customer retention & risk mitigation.
This position is an integral part of the Global Field Operations team at Tubular & reports to the Director of Training & Enablement. Global Field Operations is a trusted team that supports & partners with multiple areas of the business to create high impact & quality work.
In this role, you will lead the way to set enablement standards & best practices at Tubular for our field organization & customers.
