Vimeo is looking for a Sales Recruiter (contract) to support the growth of our growing enterprise organization. Just a couple of years old, Vimeos Sales team focuses on our B2B business across OTT (https://ott.vimeo.com) & Live (https://vimeo.com/live). Were seeking a recruiter who loves the hunt, has proven success in hiring Sales & Account Management teams, & ideally has experience in SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) businesses. This is a three-month contract with the potential for permanent placement.
What youll do:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for sales requisitions from sourcing to offer
- Attract top talent by reaching out to passive candidates, leveraging referrals, evaluating inbound applications, & networking across events
- Partner with hiring managers to develop specifications & competencies, documenting & confirming role requirements to ensure accurate & detailed job descriptions
- Regularly share updates with hiring managers & provide data around pipelines, candidate activity, prospecting activity, & candidate quality
- Utilize our ATS (Greenhouse) to manage interviewing process & evaluation
- Continuously create a positive & memorable experience for all candidates
- Work with a great team that gets things done while having a blast
Skills & knowledge you should possess:
- 1+ year of full-cycle recruiting experience, optimally with a focus on sales roles
- Experience sourcing & engaging passive technical talent
- Confidence & eagerness to learn about our sales process & products
- Data-driven approach to advising & decision-making
- Effective negotiation tactics that balance both candidate & business interests
- Engaging & articulate communication style (written & verbal)
