We are hiring a Global Director of Sales Development for our fast-growing Business Development Rep (BDR) team. In this highly visible role, you will lead a team of business development representatives who are responsible for both inbound lead processing as well as cold outbound outreach for Enterprise Account Executive teams. This role will have global responsibility over 4 key regions.
You will define, iterate on, & implement processes to improve the efficiency & effectiveness of the team. You will think creatively about getting the job done, continuously analyze data & results while building seamless processes to facilitate it all. As a team-oriented management professional, you will collaborate with Sales, Demand Generation, Recruiting, HR, Sales Enablement & Operations teams to develop our people while achieving amazing results.
