MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we've come a long way since. Today we're a 500 + strong team (we're thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print & digital products for companies of all sizes - from Google & AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you'll find us in Boston, MA, as well as Providence & Lincoln, RI & Denver, CO. And we're still growing! That's where you come in.
The Head of Sales & CRM Analytics is a newly created, highly visible & influential role. The successful candidate will serve as a thought partner to MOO's leaders across the sales & CRM teams & will support these teams with relevant & timely support & analysis.
In collaboration with business stakeholders, this person & their team will be proactive in identifying & analyzing trends, risks & opportunities, & advocating for strategic & operational actions across sales & CRM marketing activities. Additionally, a significant portion of the role will be dedicated to managing & developing Analysts through coaching, mentoring, training & enabling growth opportunities.
This role will report to the Director of Business Analytics; occasional local & overseas travel may be required.
While maintaining a customer-centric approach, the successful candidate will contribute to MOO's profitability & growth initiatives through results-oriented analysis & collaboration to put ideas into action.
