Betterments B2B business lines, Betterment for Business (B4B) & Betterment for Advisors (B4A), aim to deliver disruptive finance technology solutions to businesses in the same manner we have to consumers since 2010. To help scale these initiatives, were seeking a seasoned B2B marketer to join the team.
The Senior Marketing Manager, B2B will design & aid in the execution of growth strategies for Betterments 401k & Advisor business lines. This position will develop & put into practice a comprehensive lead gen marketing strategy for both products across email, content, digital lead gen advertising, & event channels. As the Senior Marketing Manager, B2B you will systematize the development & own the creation of templated collateral & materials used by the sales organization.
A Day in the Life:
- Accelerate the growth of Betterments two Institutional B2B business lines: Betterment for Business (B4B) & Betterment for Advisors (B4A)
- Lead & implement marketing strategy, spanning marketing areas including positioning, lead generation/nurture, sales enablement, & CRM efforts across multiple target audiences & lifecycle stages
- Own the cross-business unit strategy execution for key channels including conferences & events
- Execute digital marketing automation & analyze performance metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally & resourcefully to get things done across product, sales, engineering & corporate brand & PR groups
- Implement B2B2C engagement tactics to expand existing client relationships through education, thought leadership & promotions
What Were Looking For:
- Highly experienced in B2B marketing, including MQL & SQL
- Highly experienced with marketing & CRM tech for lead generation & nurturing
- Experience creating sales enablement materials
- Proficient with budget planning & performance reporting skills
- Indirect or direct experience mentoring or managing direct reports
- An ability to initiate & steer projects to completion
- Experience working with 401k or financial services technology a plus
