The Opportunity 

As a People Programs & Operations Partner within our People Team organization, you will be pivotal in supporting the Human Resources department in various operational & administrative functions related to employee lifecycle management. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, & a passion for fostering a positive employee experience.

What You Do 


  • HRIS Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, generate reports, & resolve system issues within the HRIS, including managing the ticketing system to track & address requests related to HRIS & HR operations.

  • HR Projects: Partner with HR leaders to drive business initiatives with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency & employee engagement.

  • Process Improvement: Identify & implement best practices to streamline HR operations & enhance team effectiveness.

  • Benefits Program Support: Contribute to benefit program design by assessing employee needs, costs, regulatory impacts, & competitive positioning.

  • Workers' Compensation & Benefits: Oversee claims with third-party administrators & ensure accurate benefits administration, including 401k & international programs, with necessary follow-up.

  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all reporting, including Form 5500, & compliance requirements are completed accurately.

  • Compliance & Document Management: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, & local employment regulations. Maintain personnel files & other HR documents per legal requirements & company policies.

The experience you already have


  • 5+ years in HR with expertise in People Operations,  Benefits, Project Management, & HRIS

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (or relevant experience & accomplishments)

  • Knowledge of employment laws (EEO, FMLA, ADA, FLSA) & HR best practices

  • Experience with HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors, ADP), project management (Jira), & Google Workspace

  • Strong organizational, analytical, & interpersonal skills with a focus on influencing & building relationships across levels

  • Proven ability to prioritize & manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Its exciting if you also have


  • Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification

  • Background in change management, organizational development, or HR analytics

  • Experience with international benefits & global labor law knowledge
