As the Senior Marketing Manager at Compass you will help shape Compass' local marketing team & our presence in the Market. You will be responsible for managing the local marketing team while working closely with the Regional Marketing Director to develop, oversee & execute a local agent marketing services strategy.

At Compass You Will:

  • Lead a marketing team that effectively, efficiently, & intelligently handles all local marketing needs for our agents in the New York & surrounding markets
  • Teach strategy & execution to the team for all agent branding & marketing to ensure cohesion with the Compass brand region wide
  • Represent Compass & the Marketing Department in Agent meetings region wide
  • Analyze local marketing needs & remain up to date on local real estate market trends, forecasts, account analyses, & the competitive landscape to inform the evolution of Compasss New York marketing presence
  • Identify & guide opportunities for building scalable systems that will allow the local offices to grow effectively
  • Ensure cohesion in agent support across all New York markets
  • Update & track towards Marketing OKRs
  • Manage conflict resolution with Agents as well as internal team members
  • Manage & anticipate growth of company to identify Marketing needs in advance
  • Assist in agent recruiting support for the region
  • Assist Regional Marketing Director in staffing projections & hiring for the region
  • Oversee regional media plan & brand advertising initiatives including budget management, invoice submissions, tracking, & reporting
  • Ensure cohesion in media plans across all New York markets
  • Oversee onboarding & training programs for marketing team

What We're Looking For:

  • Collaborative, results-oriented leadership experience & approach
  • Management experience leading cross-functional teams; must thrive in a fast paced environment
  • Executive presence & ability to effectively run a meeting with experienced professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Independent, strategic thinker with operational experience
  • 7+ years previous experience in a management role, sales, marketing or branding background. Operations experience is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of creative programs such as InDesign & Photoshop a plus
  • B.S. / B.A required
