Content Marketing Manager, Enrollment

Were looking for a Content Marketing Manager, Enrollment, to join our Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Director of Content Marketing. You are an experienced content marketer who is looking to bring your passion for womens & family health to work!

As a  Content Marketing Manager, Enrollment, at Maven, you will: 

  • Partner with Maven Enrollment Marketing & Client Success teams to understand the communications needs & opportunities of employers & health plans to reach their employees & members, respectively
  • Develop & execute content strategies/campaigns to drive member enrollment in Maven at all stages of the family-building journey
  • Develop & maintain the editorial calendar for enrollment marketing content
  • Create enrollment content, including webinar programming, newsletter content, HR toolkits, blogs, web content & member-facing material where appropriate, e.g., postcards, posters, emails, etc., to acquire members
  • Partner with Maven design team to ensure compelling format & timely delivery of content
  • Partner with Enrollment Marketing to continuously improve enrollment content & its effectiveness based on measurement of marketing activity
  • Work within the boundaries of Mavens brand voice while creating dynamic content that tells Mavens stories & engages key audiences

Were looking for you to bring:  Hiring Manager to fill in key essential  qualifications for the role. Focus on the background & experience that you need someone to bring to this role & your team. 

  • 4 years of relevant editorial & event programming experience 
  • Healthcare, HR benefits or B2B2C marketing experience necessary 
  • Passion for writing & editing 
  • Experience designing content campaigns (strategy, measurement, content calendar, etc.)
  • Proven cross-team collaboration success

Helpful experiences & skills (if you dont have them, you can learn them with us!): HM to fill in nice-to-have experiences, skills, certifications for the candidate

  • HR benefits marketing
  • Content performance analysis
  • Basic graphic design skills
