GENERAL OVERVIEW OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Potential responsibilities include:
Supporting a portfolio of complex search processes, from start to finish, scheduling interviews & candidate visits, answering follow-up questions, & engaging with candidates over email & video conferencing platforms.
Engaging in sourcing & networking efforts to generate pipelines of strong candidates for your portfolio of searches. This may include posting positions, using social media channels, & designing strategic outreach campaigns to build the buzz.
Providing a positive experience to candidates throughout the entire search process.
Contributing to the strengthening of the team's systems, tools, & processes & taking on more responsibility over time.
Flexibility: while the Talent Team is based in Cambridge, this position will require you to work in both the Boston & Cambridge locations at different points throughout the week, depending on hiring needs.
Serving as a supporting member of the Talent Acquisition Team by managing various projects related to the core functions of the team & supporting other team members in their efforts.
Supporting the work flow of CIC's Director of Talent Acquisition to allow them to optimize their effectiveness.
Maintaining an organized interview calendar while determining priorities, working with the schedules of other team members, juggling professional commitments, & adapting to last-minute changes.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least one to two years of professional experience in recruiting or administrative support work, including scheduling complicated calendars.
An interest in a long-term role. We are a growing company, & we like to hire people who can grow with us over the years.
Proficiency in foreign languages a plus.
Compensation is commensurate with experience (please include salary expectations when you apply) plus 100% of the cost of a premium healthcare & dental package, long & short-term disability, life insurance, 401k matching after the first year of employment (must be 21+), & two weeks paid vacation plus twelve holidays from the start (more with seniority). Annual reviews with raises significantly above the national average every year for those on track with strong performance.
