Reporting: Senior Fashion Director
Responsibilities:
- Assist stylists on set with steaming, prepping, keeping rails organized for daily photoshoots.
- Work closely with the Samples team to ensure all stock is accurate & styling decks are created in a timely manner.
- Prep all styles ahead of time, locating samples & ensuring each item is organized for the stylists.
- Support with both On-Form & On-Model styling on set.
- Ensure all products are returned to sample coordinators & styling closet.
- Managing the styling space & set to keep all areas organized.
- Ensure stock is not mishandled & communicate with the samples to team to help keep track of samples/stock.
- Assist on ad hoc projects such as social shoots, editorial shoots & any additional projects that support the business whilst maintaining core job role.
- Assist in supporting any workflow issues & improvements within the fashion studio & working closely with production & studio manager to solve any problems.
Qualifications:
- Previous styling assistant experience is preferred (min 6 months).
- Passion for the fashion industry & styling with knowledge of designers.
- The confidence to show initiative & willingness to ask questions & learn in a fast paced environment.
- Team-player with a can-do attitude & a willingness to wear many hats.
- Good knowledge of Google sheets, slides & docs.
- Excellent work ethic.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $21 to $23 per hour. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
