About The Team:

This role is responsible for ensuring the success of our colleagues within the Distribution Centre Environment, by delivering a variety of comprehensive & effective training programmes, including first day onboarding training to ensure all colleagues receive the best possible experience & start to their HelloFresh journey. Responsible for facilitating training sessions that enhance the skills, knowledge & performance of our colleagues; including the delivery of all refresher training in line with business strategy & policies. This role will collaborate with various departments & engage with senior management on a daily basis to ensure communication is transparent, offering support on an adhoc basis should there be a business need.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Align with the Training Supervisor the training needs & deliver training programs aligned with business goals & objectives.
• Coordinate & schedule training sessions, ensuring appropriate resources & facilities are available.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing training & guidance on essential skills & processes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts & internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy & relevance of training content.
• Role modelling the Companys DNA & lead by example.
• Dealing with day to day queries from Colleagues liaising with HR, Training Teams & Management as required.
• Ensuring that Food Safety & Health & Safety standards are met & sustainably maintained. You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health & safety matters.  You are responsible for ensuring your own health, safety & welfare in the activities you undertake.  You must report incidents immediately & actively raise health & safety-related concerns to your Line Manager.
• Undertaking basic problem solving activities & escalating to the Training Manager where necessary
• Ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures & Instructions.
• Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as & when required.
• Any other responsibilities/duties which would be reasonably expected as part of this role.
