Jitterbit is seeking a highly motivated, analytical, passionate & tech savvy product marketer to develop & execute our go-to-market efforts. You will be our expert on buyers, how they buy & their criteria for buying. You will own competitive analysis & the creation of sales enablement tools that position Jitterbit to dominate the cloud integration market. This role requires a broad skill-set that includes driving product positioning, pricing, promotion & competitive strategy. You have an eye for quality along with the ability to grasp & translate technical capabilities into crisp, clear business-oriented benefits. You work enthusiastically in a team environment with colleagues inside & outside the immediate team to achieve company & marketing goals.
Work with product management, sales, services, solutions & executive team to prioritize market needs, product roadmaps, & investment to exceed business goals.
Create messaging & positioning which are based on defensible differentiators in our people, process, & technology.
Enable our sales team to articulate the differentiated story of Jitterbit's solutions.
Discover & document value drivers for Jitterbit's products & measure them with current customers & partners.
Research & understand the competitive landscape & develop battle card collateral.
Drive new product introduction & launch activities in collaboration with product management including pricing strategies, product collateral, campaigns & internal enablement.
Build a broad mix of collateral to evangelize Jitterbit including data sheets, whitepapers, presentations & collaborate with content marketing to build dynamic educational materials.
Participate & support our press & analyst programs.
Tell inspiring customer stories with a focus on business value & transformation through Jitterbit's experts & solutions.
Coordinate with demand generation & field marketing to translate programs & strategies into measurable pipeline & closed revenue.
10+ years of software product marketing experience with at least 4 years in Cloud B2B markets
Strong knowledge of one or more enterprise software ecosystems such as ServiceNow, Workday, BMC, etc.
Very strong written communication skills
Excellent people & management skills to interact with staff, colleagues & cross-functional teams, & third parties
Strong business judgment backed by quantitative & analytical thinking
Creative marketing instincts & exceptional execution abilities
Desire & willingness to run fast, iterate faster & take calculated risks to innovate.
Keep up with & drive the fast pace of a rapidly growing startup & own your domain
Ability to coalesce & parse through numerous ideas & thoughts with your own viewpoints to create meaningful marketing outputs
A self-starter that thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
Prior integration experience highly desired, but not required
