Technical Recruiting Lead

We are building a world-class team to help drive our business & scale to the next level. As a member of our team, the Technical Recruiting Lead will work closely with our Recruiting Manager & technical leadership team to develop creative strategies to find leading tech & product talent for our fast growing business. With a focus on a creating an inviting & engaging candidate experience, the Technical Recruiting Lead will generate & efficiently manage the candidate pipeline across specialties & experience levels.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Full life-cycle recruitment: Lead strategic efforts for critical roles across levels, functions, & global offices from talent attraction to on boarding
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with the Senior Leadership team, apply critical thought to the design & development of scalable recruiting processes & strategies
  • Strategic Partnership: Lead competitive analysis & compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure proper & competitive positioning
  • Process Development: Partner with stakeholders to define roles, write job descriptions & structure evaluation & selection processes
  • Agency engagement: Effectively evaluate potential third party partnerships, build highly effective working relationships with external partners to support the hiring process
  • Proactive sourcing: Execute on tactical research, referrals & sourcing campaigns to find & engage both active & passive candidates through proactive initiatives
  • Candidate management: Screen candidate applications, manage candidate communication
  • Candidate experience: Effectively educate candidates on AlphaSights & available opportunities; facilitate a positive & impactful experience
  • Creative solutions: Familiarize yourself with the talent market to identify creative opportunities to reduce time to hire
  • Talent attraction/ Branding: Partner with Communications to develop methods for using technology & social media to enhance the recruitment, screening & hiring of qualified individuals.
  • Ad hoc projects; Partner to continuously develop process improvements to enhance the experience for candidates & internal stakeholders alike


  • Proven academic excellence (evidenced by Bachelors or higher degree)
  • 4+ years in corporate recruitment, headhunting or executive search
  • Interest in building & scaling effective processes to obtain greatest business impact
  • Ability to work autonomously & take a project from start to finish
  • Strong business acumen & ability to quickly learn about different business functions by asking the right questions & listening
  • Consultative mindset & ability to anticipate stakeholder needs
  • Demonstrated interest in leadership, mentoring, coaching
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral & written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Dependability & interest in working in a team-oriented environment
