Girls Who Code was established with a singular mission-to close the gender gap in technology fields by educating & equipping  girls with the computing skills to pursue 21st century opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Alumni Programs, the Alumni Program Manager will ensure growth of a high-quality alumni program into the largest pipeline of future female engineers in the country. They will support management & execution of new & existing alumni programs & products that increase persistence & retain student interest in Computer Science fields.

The ideal candidate has at least 4 years of demonstrated experience managing educational programs & complex projects in a dynamic, metrics-driven environment.  The successful candidate also brings college access experience and/or program management experience & a commitment to the Girls Who Code mission. The Alumni Program Manager will apply their expertise & work together with relevant stakeholders to identify, track & serve alumni-related needs.
