Yelp's Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for all recruiting activities in support of our G&A & Sales organizations while collaborating with the Engineering recruiting team.

You will be responsible for developing & refining talent strategies for our business partners, including employment branding, talent channel development, candidate engagement & assessment as well as metrics & analytics. You will be a transformative leader focused on driving innovation & operational efficiencies within the talent organization. You will oversee recruitment operations, high volume sales, enterprise sales & G&A recruitment.
This role demands exceptional leadership, professionalism, high EQ & the ability to influence & adapt to a dynamic business & marketplace. You will report to the SVP of People Operations.
