You have a passion for making shit happen & a hunger to learn how to create meaningful NFT programs that drive engagement & extend brand experiences. • Act as a bridge between Fortune 500 Executives & crypto / Web3 culture
• Serve as an inventive champion with the ability to break down complex tasks & create clarity from complexity
• Lead market assessment & strategy workstreams including scoping, research, analytics, strategy, & design
• Keen sense of developing high-level commercial strategy, crypto strategy (e.g. tokenomics & mechanics), & tactical execution roadmaps
• Out-of-the-box perspective on data & research to find interesting consumer insights we can leverage
• Deep understanding of crypto market fundamentals & a history following & participating in the space
• Deck crafter - someone that can write broad storylines & detail out ideas & insights that are clear, concise, & consistently client-ready
• Player / coach mentality & work ethic

The ideal candidate has:

• A deep & demonstrable passion for NFTs, Cryptocurrency, Metaverse, Web3
• 8+ years of relevant work experience including time at a top tier management consultancy, investment bank or private equity firm, with a professional or personal background in crypto / Web3
• MBA or other advanced degree a plus
• Experience leading teams, reviewing / coaching junior staff, & managing across multiple initiatives in complex, multi-geography, multi-cultural environments
• Self-starter & demonstrates ability to get things done without direct supervision & understand what it means to deliver excellence to clients
• Responsible, accountable, cool, & always kind because you love the magic of collaboration
• A sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existing VaynerNFT family
• Ability to develop pointed & insightful conclusions from data & present strategy & direction to C-level clients
