Job Title: Chief Marketing Executive and Public Relations.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Executive to join our team and lead our marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to help grow Shestel.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies and tactics to drive growth for Shestel
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media outlets, influencers, and customers
Oversee the hiring process for the marketing team
Analyze marketing performance and provide insights to the team
Create and manage content for social media and other digital channels
Monitor industry trends and develop innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition
Lead and manage marketing campaigns
Develop and execute public relations strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field
Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Benefits:
Equity and salary agreements in six (6) months after employment agreements upon employee performance review.
401(k) when full time employee.
Flexibility to work online on flexible hours and part time until full time employment
Required to work in a coworking setting to strengthen the project.
Location:
Preferably in the capital region of New York or the surrounding areas although we will primarily working remotely.
