Summary

As the Workplace Experience Administrator at Acquias headquarters in Boston, you will be the face of the office, curating an inclusive & engaged workplace, & responsible for a wide range of onsite requests. You will be able to anticipate challenges before they arise, be reliable & punctual, & have a strong ability to multitask & eagerness to take on additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors, sign for deliveries, & ensure general security compliance
  • Plan & execute workplace experience events & programs as required
  • Manage the ordering & inventory of food, drink, & general office supplies
  • Work with IT to manage the shipping & receiving of computer equipment
  • Liaise with building management & facility maintenance personnel
  • Coordinate & develop programs & events with the leads of other offices globally
  • Participate in various administrative tasks & other special projects as requested
  • Ensure a tidy & operational workplace environment

Requirements

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills extremely approachable
  • Self-motivated problem-solver - take initiative to ensure proactive approach to opportunities & challenges
  • Ability to multitask & prioritize
  • Detail-oriented with a flair for coordination
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles & office management systems & procedures
  • Proficient in the use Google Docs & Sheets
  • This is an in-person, Monday-Friday office-based role
