Commercial Operations provides the data, tools, & processes that every employee needs to thrive in a sales environment. We provide processes, programs, & systems to minimize costs & optimize sales workflows at Reorg, as well as support the overall business with insights from sales data & reporting, pipeline & forecasting & territory performance. We partner with our Editorial teams, HR, Finance, Marketing, Product, & Technology teams in a collaborative approach that results in a high level of cross-functional teamwork & consistent communication across the business.
Based in our london office, & reporting directly to the VP of Commercial Operations, the Commercial Operations specialist will serve as a go-to person for queries related to Sales, CS, & Marketing processes, as well as the tools used by these teams, & to field questions from & offer assistance to the wider commercial team.
