As the Event Marketing Associate at Vimeo, youll support the strategy & implementation of Vimeo events for our SaaS offerings, both virtual & in-person.

In this role you will be responsible for owning & executing key events & sponsorships, working cross functionally to deliver on business goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

You will work closely with creative, community, sales, operations, & demand generation teams to help drive awareness, acquisition, & adoption within enterprise businesses through events.

What youll do:

• Collaborate on a rolling events calendar aligned to bookings targets
• Create comprehensive event project plans, conduct regular checkpoints with cross-functional deliverable owners, & ensure events are delivered on time, on budget, & with business impact
• Manage event logistics from ideation to implementation with operational excellence 
• Lead event sponsorships & partnerships for our target audience segments, including marketers, communications, & content creators
• Work with the demand generation team to create event emails, landing pages, & orchestrate sales follow through to achieve event goals
• Deliver post-event reports with analysis driven by data including attendee feedback, goal attainment, & recommendations for future event improvements 
• Collaborate on lead, pipeline influence, & revenue targets for total events strategy 

Skills & knowledge you should possess:

• 2-3 years of event marketing experience, with a focus on webinars or virtual events a strong plus
• Ability to make decisions & ask questions based on data
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously at various levels of scale 
• Excellent communication, writing, & presentation skills
• Flexible & can adapt to fast moving, agile teams
• Project management & budget management experience
• Working knowledge & comfort working in Salesforce, Marketo, Instapage a plus
• Thrive in high-growth environments
