We're seeking an experienced professional to build a sales renewal practice, to evolve our customer development & growth funnel, by partnering with marketing, customer support, success, & finance to maximize renewal, grow net dollar retention & provide the best customer journey.
The role is responsible for customer renewals, net dollar retention, & customer account growth. This customer measured in the thousands into a world-class customer journey operation. Your responsibilities will include working closely with marketing, product, operations, & sales to iterate our customer touchpoints - specifically setup, integration & growth.
