About the right team member:

Our Customer Experience team is the most rapidly growing team at ClassPass & we pride ourselves on delivering incredible service to our valuable members. In this role, you have the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of ClassPass, provide an exceptional customer experience, & build up other skills in analytics, sales, copywriting, & more.

Sounds great, but what will I actually do?

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, & social in both languages
  • Identify site & app issues, & communicate properly to all internal teams
  • Maintain a high satisfaction rating while hitting daily targets of customer responses
  • Think creatively about how to optimize each customers experience
  • Master our product, internal systems, & offerings to ensure thorough & clear communication & enforcement of policies

What we are looking for:

  • Fluent in both written & verbal English & French
  • Positive, helpful & supportive - willing to take on any task, no matter how big or small
  • An excellent writer & communicator with a keen eye for detail & grammar
  • Fast learner & eager to tackle new challenges every day
  • A team player & comfortable with an ever-changing startup environment
  • Flexible & adaptable to accommodate needs of the business in peak times
  • Eligible to work in France
