Our Customer Experience team is the most rapidly growing team at ClassPass & we pride ourselves on delivering incredible service to our valuable members. In this role, you have the opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of ClassPass, provide an exceptional customer experience, & build up other skills in analytics, sales, copywriting, & more.
Sounds great, but what will I actually do?
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, & social in both languages
- Identify site & app issues, & communicate properly to all internal teams
- Maintain a high satisfaction rating while hitting daily targets of customer responses
- Think creatively about how to optimize each customers experience
- Master our product, internal systems, & offerings to ensure thorough & clear communication & enforcement of policies
What we are looking for:
- Fluent in both written & verbal English & French
- Positive, helpful & supportive - willing to take on any task, no matter how big or small
- An excellent writer & communicator with a keen eye for detail & grammar
- Fast learner & eager to tackle new challenges every day
- A team player & comfortable with an ever-changing startup environment
- Flexible & adaptable to accommodate needs of the business in peak times
- Eligible to work in France
