Lyft is seeking a Recruiting Coordination Manager to join the Talent Operations & Programs team. As a leader of the recruiting coordinator team, you will lead & drive recruiting processes & procedures that support the seamless execution of all administrative responsibilities. This role will ensure recruiting processes are aligned with the company's strategy & future recruiting needs. To be successful in this role, you must be able to manage multiple priorities, manage & drive results in alignment with the standard metrics & service level agreements, & continuously focus on the elevation of your team to Best in Class status.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of recruiting coordinations including both individual contributors & leads responsible for supporting recruiters & hiring managers with recruiting processes which includes: scheduling interviews, organizing candidate travel arrangements, reserving conference rooms, partnering with administrative assistants, & hosting candidates when they come onsite
  • Own the success of the entire Recruiting Coordination org & their impact with the broader Talent organization
  • Drive all programmatic aspects of the candidates experience & support the broader program of interviewing (across tech & non-tech roles)
  • Support the Talent team with the objective of efficiently & successfully scheduling high-volume interview activity while providing a white glove candidate experience
  • Hire, onboard, & train new Recruiting Coordinators & RC Leads, as needed
  • Act as the recruiting process subject matter expert to ensure best practices & effective methods are in place for all administrative tasks related to the recruiting process
  • Lead iterative delivery of strategic cross-functional initiatives from concept to ship, through focus, transparency, communication, visibility, & accountability  
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple projects, deadlines, & requests from multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to design & implement experiments by determining key metrics, collecting key data & analyzing results

 Experience:

  • 2-3 years of people management experience required
  • Experience managing managers is a plus
  • Strong understanding of the recruiting function
  • Exceptional organization skills & attention to detail
  • Proven ability to operate effectively across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity
  • Experience motivating a large organization of more junior team members
  • Experience leading teams to deliver projects iteratively in a highly dynamic & agile environment
  • Prior experience in a coordination role strongly preferred
